Our Diversity & Inclusion objectives include:

  • Providing diversity and inclusion training and education to ensure all employees understand their role in fostering an inclusive environment.

2. SCOPE

This policy applies to all aspects of employment, including recruitment, hiring, training, promotion, pay, and benefits. It also covers our dealings with clients, contractors, and vendors.

3. STRATEGIC INITIATIVES

We will implement strategic initiatives to promote diversity and inclusion, which include:

  • Developing recruitment strategies that reach diverse candidate pools.
  • Creating mentorship and career development programs for underrepresented employees.
  • Establishing employee resource groups to provide support and advocacy for diverse communities within our company.
